唯一無二の絶品しゃぶしゃぶ

「山の幸（お肉）」は、最高級の和牛とアグー黒豚を使用、「海の幸（海鮮）」は、北海道産の昆布、帆立、鮑などを自家製やみつき出汁に使用、つけだれは、甘味と酸味のバランスが絶妙なシークワーサーぽん酢でお召し上がりいただける、“唯一無二の絶品しゃぶしゃぶ” をご提供しております。

We offer "one and only exquisite shabu-shabu" made with the finest Wagyu beef and Agu black pork for "the Blessings of the
Mountains (Meat)" and addictive homemade broth made with Hokkaido kelp, scallops, abalone, and other ingredients for "the Blessings of the Sea(Seafood) ", and a dipping sauce made with shikuwasa ponzu sauce that has an excellent balance of sweet and sour.

私どもは、もともと、キャンプ場を運営しておりました。そのため、店内は、コールマンやスノーピークなどのキャンプ用品とともに、アウトドアでアットホームな雰囲気に包まれております。カジュアルで落ち着いた雰囲気の中で、ごゆったりとお食事を楽しめます。

We originally operated a campsite, so our restaurant is filled with camping equipment from brands such as Coleman and Snow Peak, creating an outdoor, homey atmosphere. You can enjoy your meal in a relaxed, casual atmosphere.
